We recently completed a 25,000 square foot renovation at Applied Innovation’s corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids.

This Applied Innovation corporate headquarters 1st floor renovation Grand Rapids project transformed a previously tenant-occupied space into a modern, functional environment for their growing Technology Team. Applied Innovation, a complete office technology provider, began operations 37 years ago in Grand Rapids as a printer, copier, and fax dealer and has expanded to serve clients across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. 🖨📠

With continued growth and a long-term vision for their team, Applied Innovation partnered with us to revitalize this space. The newly renovated area features modernized technology throughout, an employee fitness center, bathrooms with showers, a new print production space, a hospitality area, and multiple “Everwall” systems by Steelcase—creating enclosed offices, meeting rooms, and flexible workspaces. ❤️🖤
