We completed a 25,000-square-foot office renovation at the Applied Innovation corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan, transforming previously leased space into a modern, high-performance work environment. This commercial office renovation project was designed to support the company’s continued growth and evolving operational needs.

Founded over 37 years ago, Applied Innovation has grown from a local printer, copier, and fax dealer into a leading office technology provider, serving clients across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. As part of this expansion, the company reimagined its existing facility to create a dedicated space for its Technology Team.

The renovated area features a wide range of modern workplace amenities and functional spaces, including an employee fitness center, updated restrooms with showers, a print production area, and a hospitality space for staff and visitors. The project also incorporates multiple Steelcase Everwall systems, providing flexible, enclosed environments for offices, meeting rooms, and conference spaces.

Throughout the space, integrated technology and contemporary finishes create a sleek, efficient, and collaborative workplace designed to enhance productivity and employee experience.
