Wesley joined FWC as a Project Manager/Superintendent in 2020 and was promoted to Vice President of Construction in December 2023. He has been working in the construction industry in West Michigan for almost 20 years. After attending Central Michigan University, he accepted an internship with a commercial contractor and discovered a love for the industry.
Since joining our team, Wesley has grown and expanded his knowledge of the entire process of construction and has become a vital part of the team. His dedication to our clients as well as his organization and attention to details helps to drive our projects forward while making sure that they are completed on time, on budget and exceeding all expectations.
Wesley and his wife Nicole have three children, Autumn, Declan and Rowan. They enjoy traveling, music, and the outdoors; his family keeps him very busy. When he does get free time, he enjoys hunting, gardening and just about any outdoor activity. He also seems to always have some sort of project going on around the house, just in case he isn't busy enough.
