Tom Bucholtz

Project Superintendent

Tom joined the FWC team in 2021 as a Project Superintendent. A graduate of Tri-County High School, Tom has spent most of his life around construction—starting at a young age working alongside his father, uncles, and cousins on the family farm, and continuing through more than 40 years in the commercial construction industry.

His experience and work ethic bring a steady, hands-on approach to every project. Tom enjoys the process of taking a set of drawings and working alongside multiple trades to bring a project to life, seeing it through from start to finish. He values the collaboration that comes with each build and the relationships formed along the way with subcontractors, owners, designers, and the FWC team.

One of Tom’s favorite things about FWC is the family-owned atmosphere. He appreciates the level of involvement and the willingness of leadership to stay engaged in every aspect of the company, doing whatever it takes to get the job done right.

Outside of work, Tom and his wife Tracy have two daughters, Ashley and Jennifer, two sons-in-law, Joe and Josh, and five grandchildren. He enjoys spending as much time with his family as possible, along with hunting, fishing, camping, and traveling, always looking for the next opportunity to be outdoors.
