Mike joined the FWC team full time in 2020 as a Foreman and quickly stepped into a Project Superintendent role in 2021. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a strong background in finish carpentry and commercial construction, along with experience working both as an independent subcontractor and with other firms.
His hands-on experience and attention to detail make him a reliable presence on the jobsite. Mike takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and plays an important role in keeping projects moving forward efficiently and up to standard. He embraces the challenges that come with each project and values the opportunity to keep learning and growing in the field.
One of Mike’s favorite parts of working at FWC is the team environment. He appreciates the family-like atmosphere and the relationships built along the way, both within the company and out on the jobsite.
Outside of work, Mike and his fiancé, Elita, enjoy spending time with their kids, grandkids, and dogs. In his free time, you’ll likely find him on the golf course during summer league, traveling, gardening, or working on projects around the house.
