Liz is a principal owner and Office Manager for FWC, playing a critical role in the day-to-day operations that keep the company running smoothly. She oversees a wide range of financial responsibilities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, insurance and 401K coordination, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accountability across the board.
Liz and Fritz Jr. have been married since 1983. She spent many years as a stay-at-home mother raising their three children before entering the workforce in 1997 as a part-time cashier at Gordon Food Service in Comstock Park. Through hard work and dedication, she worked her way into a management role by 2001 and continued there until 2017. After years of physically demanding work and long hours, she made the decision to transition into the family business bringing her experience, work ethic, and people-first mindset with her.
Since joining FWC in 2017, Liz has gained a firsthand understanding of the inner workings of the company that has been part of her life for over four decades. While she has always been connected to the business, stepping into her role has allowed her to contribute in new and meaningful ways.
One of the things Liz values most is the opportunity to build relationships. She enjoys putting a face to the name, connecting with clients, subcontractors, and partners who all play a role in each project.
