Andrew Jacoby

Project Foreman

Andrew joined FWC in 2024 as a Project Foreman. He grew up in Greenville, Michigan and graduated from Central Montcalm High School. After high school, Andrew attended Oakland University, where he played Division I baseball while earning his degree in Criminal Justice.

Following graduation, Andrew was accepted into boot camp for the North Carolina State Troopers. Ultimately, he made the decision to stay closer to home for his family and began his career in the trades as a Carpentry Foreman. He quickly developed a passion for the hands-on nature of the work and the opportunity to build something lasting, driving his desire to continue growing within the construction industry and take pride in the projects he helps complete.

At FWC, Andrew values the family-oriented culture and the support that comes with it. He takes pride in being part of a team that works together to deliver quality projects while maintaining strong relationships.

Outside of work, Andrew and his wife, Elly, welcomed their first child, Nash, in October of 2024. They enjoy spending time together camping, hiking, and watching football and baseball. Elly even joins Andrew in the hunting blind from time to time, something he doesn’t take for granted.
