Position Summary

The Project Superintendent is responsible for the daily oversight of the project site. Communicating with and managing all on-site Foreman to ensure that our standard of excellence is met and all safety measures are compliant with MIOSHA/OSHA requirements.

 

Daily Operations and Responsibilities

• Communicate and report directly to the Project Manager.

• Work closely with the FWC team to ensure all aspects of the construction project are successful.

• Assist in creating and managing the project schedule.

• Oversee the construction site and direct the Foreman on site to ensure deadlines and safety compliances are met.

• Monitor and maintain that our standard of excellence is being upheld and displayed throughout the entire construction process to ensure that the completed project meets the needs and goals of our clients.

• Perform labor duties as necessary.

• Assist with the final cleaning and help to prepare to turn the project over to the client.

 

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred, not required.

• Relevant work experience preferred

• First Aid/CPR certification preferred, but not required. Will provide training if necessary.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
