The second-floor apartment units of the Division St. project for our clients in Sparta are now complete.
This Sparta Michigan Division Street apartments project features three brand-new two-bedroom, one-bath units with LVT flooring throughout, in-unit washers and dryers, quartz countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom, and stainless steel appliances.
