We had so much fun taking Mrs. Haight’s 2nd grade class to get a sneak peek of the new gym addition at Sheldon Woods Elementary at West Ottawa Public Schools!
During this Sheldon Woods Elementary gym addition West Ottawa visit, students brought their curiosity and asked all kinds of great questions about the new space:
Why are there so many basketball hoops and how do they move up and down? 🏀
Will there be air conditioning?
How do the lights work? 💡
Will there be a bench (aka bleachers) to sit on?
Where will the gym teacher put all the equipment?
And most importantly… WHEN do they get to have gym class in there?? ⛹️♀️⛹️♂️
Mr. Drew was there to answer their questions and let them know we’re working hard to wrap things up, but they’ll have to wait until next school year to enjoy their new gym! 💙🖤
