FWC is blessed to have some pretty awesome people a part of our team leadership! We wouldn't be able to operate without each one and the gifts they bring to the company.
Lance spends most of his days supervising our projects in the Kentwood school district. He has been with FWC since 2021 and came to us already having a history in the construction industry. Lance is responsible for the day-to-day activities onsite - from material deliveries to coordination amongst the various trades, he keeps everything on track to meet our challenging schedules. Our site superintendents hold a key role for the success of each project and we are fortunate to have Lance on our team!
