We recently completed a 1,963 SF kitchen and servery renovation at Challenger Elementary with Kentwood Public Schools. This Challenger Elementary kitchen renovation Kentwood project included an addition to the existing building footprint to accommodate the new kitchen, while the former kitchen space was transformed into updated servery lines.

New overhead doors on either side allow for smooth student flow, and brand-new stainless steel equipment—including multiple ovens, range, walk-in refrigerator and freezer, prep station, and wash station—gives staff the tools they need to efficiently prepare and serve meals each day. 🥪🥗🧃

In addition, a portion of the existing gym wall was opened up to install floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing in more natural light and enhancing the space for both lunch and gym time.
