In 2024, the Moore+Bruggink Civil Engineering office underwent a targeted exterior renovation project focused on enhancing the building’s appearance, durability, and overall curb appeal. This commercial facade improvement modernized key exterior elements while maintaining the integrity of the existing structure.

The scope of work included custom metal fabrication, adding architectural detail and a refined, contemporary aesthetic to the building’s exterior. Existing storefront systems were removed and replaced with new commercial-grade storefront glazing, improving both visual appeal and performance.

Additional improvements included brick cleaning and staining, restoring the masonry façade and creating a cohesive, updated look across the building exterior.
