At a Glance:

During the summer of 2022, Lakeshore Elementary School underwent a series of targeted K-12 facility upgrades focused on improving building performance, aesthetics, and communication systems. This elementary school renovation project included both exterior enhancements and interior improvements designed to create a more modern and functional learning environment.

Exterior work included the replacement of all windows, enhancing energy efficiency, increasing natural daylight, and improving overall building comfort. Inside the school, interior painting was completed throughout key areas, including hallways, student lockers, and the gymnasium—refreshing the space with a clean, updated appearance that aligns with district standards.

In addition to visual upgrades, the project included public address (PA) system improvements, ensuring clearer communication throughout the building and supporting daily operations, announcements, and emergency notifications.

This project demonstrates a strategic approach to school renovation and maintenance, delivering high-impact improvements that support both the student experience and long-term facility performance.
