Located adjacent to East Kentwood Falcon Stadium, this 3,800-square-foot athletic storage building was constructed to support the growing needs of school athletic programs. Construction began in the spring of 2022 and was successfully completed in the spring of 2023.

Designed for functionality and ease of access, the facility features two overhead garage doors that provide direct entry from the stadium, allowing athletic teams to efficiently store and retrieve equipment during events and practices. This school athletic facility addition enhances operations for multiple sports programs by delivering convenient, centralized storage.

The interior was intentionally designed with four masonry block walls and an open floor plan, maximizing usable space and flexibility for equipment storage. This project highlights a practical, durable solution for K-12 athletic facility construction, built to support long-term use and performance.
