At a Glance:
Crossroads Alternative High School completed a targeted K-12 building addition project, expanding key areas of the facility to better support student programs and daily operations. The project included two separate additions: a kitchen expansion and a new fitness and weight training space.
The kitchen addition transformed the existing space into a more functional production kitchen, featuring the installation of a walk-in freezer and cooler, along with dedicated dry storage areas. These upgrades improve food storage capacity and support efficient meal preparation for students and staff.
A second addition was constructed adjacent to the gymnasium, creating a dedicated weight lifting and fitness area. This new space enhances the school’s athletic and physical education offerings, providing students with access to modern training facilities.
This project highlights a focused approach to school additions and facility upgrades, delivering practical improvements that support both food service operations and student wellness programs within a high school environment.
