At a Glance:
This project was developed to meet the owner’s requirement for on-site wastewater treatment, ensuring that all greywater and discharge water is properly treated prior to entering the drain field system. The result is a fully integrated wastewater treatment facility designed for reliability, compliance, and long-term performance.
The system includes specialized wastewater treatment equipment, manufactured in Texas specifically for this application, and engineered to meet the operational demands of the facility. To support continuous performance, the system is equipped with 24/7 monitoring capabilities, allowing both on-site and remote oversight to ensure consistent operation and rapid response if needed.
The project also included the construction of a durable CMU (concrete masonry unit) building with a precast roof system, designed to house and protect the treatment equipment. Adjacent to the structure, a cast-in-place concrete tank system was constructed to support the treatment process and manage water flow efficiently.
This project highlights a comprehensive approach to industrial wastewater treatment construction, combining process system installation, structural building design, and infrastructure integration to deliver a high-performance solution tailored to the owner’s needs.
