In 2022, Luxury Fabrics, a family-owned fabric wholesale distribution company in Grand Rapids, Michigan, expanded its operations with a significant commercial building addition and site development project. After acquiring a new property featuring an existing 8,000-square-foot office and administrative facility, the company identified the need for additional space to support continued growth and operational efficiency.

The project transformed previously undeveloped land into a 20,500-square-foot warehouse addition, designed to accommodate expanded inventory, manufacturing, and showroom needs. The new facility includes loading docks for efficient shipping and receiving, as well as a connecting corridor that seamlessly integrates the new warehouse with the existing office building.

In addition to the building expansion, the project included a large parking lot expansion, improving accessibility for employees, clients, and delivery trucks. The upgraded site layout enhances traffic flow and supports the logistical demands of a growing distribution operation.
