At a Glance:
Jack Brown Produce expanded its operations with a new CMU building addition, designed to house a state-of-the-art apple packaging line imported from Germany. This industrial facility expansion project was focused on increasing production capacity and improving efficiency within the packaging and distribution process.
The new addition provides a dedicated space for the advanced fruit processing and packaging system, supporting high-volume operations with improved workflow and equipment integration. Constructed with durable concrete masonry units (CMU), the building offers the strength and reliability required for a demanding agricultural and industrial environment.
In addition to the building expansion, the project included a loading dock expansion, enhancing the facility’s ability to manage shipping and receiving operations. The upgraded dock area improves logistics, reduces turnaround time, and supports the efficient movement of produce in and out of the facility.
This project highlights a strategic approach to agricultural and industrial construction, combining facility expansion, specialized equipment integration, and logistics improvements to support long-term operational growth.
