At a Glance:

This project involved a two-phase church renovation and restoration, focused on both structural improvements and building system upgrades. The primary scope included the removal of an aging steeple and the installation of a new, symbolically designed replacement, along with the addition of modern climate control.

The original steel and wood church steeple, dating back to the 1960s, had experienced structural deterioration after more than 50 years of exposure. It was carefully dismantled and replaced with a newly constructed three-ring steeple and cross, thoughtfully designed to represent the Trinity while enhancing both safety and visual presence.

In addition to the exterior work, the project included comprehensive HVAC system upgrades, introducing air conditioning to the church for the first time. The system was designed to provide effective cooling while minimizing noise, ensuring that services and gatherings remain uninterrupted. Special attention was given to preserving the architectural integrity of the interior, maintaining the original look and feel of the worship space.

This project highlights a balanced approach to religious building renovation, combining historic preservation, structural restoration, and modern mechanical upgrades to improve comfort, safety, and longevity.
