A new commercial building addition in Grand Rapids, Michigan is underway as Luxury Fabrics expands its operations to support continued growth.

Luxury Fabrics, a family-owned fabric wholesale distribution company based in Grand Rapids, has acquired a second location to better serve its customers and increase production capacity. The project includes a 20,000-square-foot building addition alongside an existing 8,000-square-foot facility.

This commercial expansion project is designed to create a larger showroom and dedicated manufacturing space, while the existing building will continue to house warehouse operations and company offices.

Despite the challenges that come with winter construction in West Michigan, progress continues to move forward. Steel is currently being set, forming the structural framework as the addition begins to take shape.
