Luxury Fabrics, a family owned fabric wholesale distribution company in Grand Rapids, has acquired a second location to expand their business operations. The new property has an existing 8,000 SF building and is receiving a 20,000 SF addition. The new addition will provide a large showroom and manufacturing space while the existing building will hold a warehouse and offices for company employees. In spite of fighting with the conditions of a Michigan winter, steel is currently being set as the framework for the addition takes shape.
