Lance joined FWC in 2021 as a Project Superintendent. He has gained knowledge in the construction industry for over 9 years. He has experience as a general laborer, foreman, project manager and more. Lance is driven by being a problem solver as well as earning and giving respect to everyone he works with and for. “A job shouldn't be done, unless it’s done right.”

 

Lance and his wife Brooke have 2 children, Layla and Landon. Together, the family is also home to 3 dogs, 2 cats and some chickens. They enjoy traveling (camping) as a family, hunting, fishing and spending time enjoying their property where they can ride quads/dirt bikes and target shoot. Lance is very hands on and likes to fix things up (house, cars, etc.).
