This construction method allows F.W.C to provide experienced supervision during the Construction phase of a project. Along with working next to an Architect chosen by the owner, F.W.C provides skilled tradesmen and operators to complete the project on time and within bid amount.

•  Due to strong competition owner has low input
on sub-contractors
•  Project based on a Lump-Sum Fee

 

Design/BuildReturn to top
This style of construction is one that F.W.C has integrated in the past 5 years. With this process you will find that F.W.C begins the project working off a wish list compiled by the owner/ client and prepares different schematics regarding this list. After reviewing many different options with the owner and getting the approvals from the local municipalities F.W.C will bid out this project and begin building on an agreed lump-sum project amount.

F.W.C has the knowledge and tools to take a parcel of land and do a feasibility study to best suit its needs. From there we sit down with the clients and present them with a list of options and guide them in there choices. After the decision is made F.W.C will step into the Construction Management position and assume full responsibility of that project.
